The difference between these two types of spaces is very simple. The enterprise space is a shared environment, controlled by one or more administrators and it’s used to collaborate within a given group of people of between all.
The User space is a sort of private area where each user can store and optionally share private content with others.
As the account administrator you can opt to deactivate private user spaces or to keep them active for users to have their own private space. You simply need to follow this roots: manage > preferences > security) and uncheck the Activate ‘My Space’ tickbox. Folders and content that were previously saved into a user private space, will not be lost, instead archived.
Note: If you are looking to establish Oonair as a pure corporate collaborative environment, we suggest you make “private user spaces” inactive as described above. By so doing they will stop appearing on user interface.
